Donna's Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
6 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, sliced Fennel 2 cup, chopped Swiss Chard 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 6 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv 12 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
Directions
In Instant Pot hit the sauté button. Add the ghee to the pot. Let it melt. Add the carrots, fennel, onion, and garlics. Let it sauté until the onion goes translucent. Then add the rest of the vegetables with the 6 cups of broth. Put the lid on the instant pot. Hit the manual button. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Let the button in back come down naturally. It may take about 1 hour or so.
