Kathy's Caprese Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 serving Pam Butter Spray .5 tsp Garlic Salt 0.5 serving VEG TOMATOE PLUM (by ARCLITE) 1 tbsp Basil 1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 2 serving Pepperidge Farm-Light Style 7 Grain (1slice) 0.5 tsp McCormick Organic Italian Seasoning 1 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp
Directions
Take chicken and pound thin, then in a skillet, spray pam and heat, season chicken with Italian seasoning, Garlic Salt, and if you wish salt and pepper, I also used Mrs Dash instead of the salt and pepper. Cook in skillet till brown, set aside. Butter bread on both sides, on non buttered side of a slice, layer mozzerella cheese, chicken breast (cut in half layed side by side), plum tomato, basil leaf shredded , then mozerella cheese, top with other slice of bread (buttered side up). Toast in skillet till both sides are brown, put lid on skillet until cheese has melted.
