3.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw130.0 grams Old grated cheese1.0 tbsp Mayonnaise3.0 tbsp Cream Cheese1.5 tsp Baking Powder75.0 Grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt70.0 grams Sesame seeds65.0 grams Flax seeds80.0 Grams Pumpkin Seeds
Mix eggs, grated cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese & baking powder till smooth.
Add the seeds.
Preheat oven at 200-225 degrees Celsius.
Line up baking plays with baking paper.
Ad batter and divide into thin layer.
Bake about 15 minutes til golden.
This makes about 16-20 pieces. Low carb.
