4.0 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)1.33 lb Flank Steak1.0 large Onions, raw16.0 serving Belgioioso Sliced Mild Provolone Cheese (1 Slice)
Bake halved peppers in a casserole dish at 350° for 30 minutes. While baking sautee onion in a small amount of olive oil. After browned, add steak strips and cook to preferred temp.
Fill pepper halves with a slice of cheese then stuffing then top with cheese. Broil for 3-5 minutes to melt cheese.
