Spicy Turkey Soup

Ingredients
32 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 large Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 227 grams Mushrooms, fresh 1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 32 oz Campbell's 100% Tomato Juice - LOW SODIUM 2 fl oz Lemon Juice 1.5 cup Beans, black .25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA) .5 cup Parsley 100 grams Cilantro, raw

Instructions
In a large pot, brown ground turkey or cook chopped chicken. There should be very little fat, is there is fat, drain.

Add in onion, garlic, peppers and mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cilantro and parsley. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cilantro and parsley.

This soup freezes really well. Makes 12-14 cups.
