Spanish Rice - With Ground Chuck

Ingredients
8 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 2 cup Tomato Sauce 4 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. chili powder, cumin, red pepper, to taste
Directions
Brown onions and green peppers in olive oil with spices. Drain. Add can of tomato sauce and cooked rice. Simmer 10 minutes. Season to taste. Top with cheese if desired.
