Janice's Pizza Dough

Ingredients
2 pkgs. yeast2/3 c. warm water2 tsp. Splenda2 c. cold water1 T. oil1 tsp. salt1/3 tsp. garlic salt1/2 tsp. oregano6 1/2 to 7 c. flour (4 c. whilte-2 1/2 whole wheat)
Directions
Sprinkle yeast over warm water. Stir in sugar and let stand for 5 minutes. Combine together cold water, oil, salt, garlic salt, oregano and 1/2 flour. Add to yeast mixture. Then add rest of flour. Rise until it doubles. Divide in 3 portions. Grease pan with cooking spray. Roll dough to size of bottom of pan. Bake crust in 475 degrees oven for 5 minutes. Remove, add sauce, cheese and toppings to taste. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
