Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas

2 tsp olive oil1 c (about 4oz) sugar snap peas1 T orange marmalade1 clove garlic, rough chopsalt and pepper
Heat oil in skillet. When hot, add rinsed and drained peas. Saute about a minute, then add garlic, salt and pepper. Saute five more minutes and add marmalade. Saute to desired crispness, then serve.
