Ingredients
13.5 oz Beets (canned whole not pickled) approx 3 beets/serving 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw .7 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 serving French Onion Soup Mix powder, 10g (by MISSBRI) 1.5 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 tsp Dill weed, dried 16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup Peas, frozen 1.75 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat
Directions
Place first 7 ingredients in 5 quart crock pot.(including 6 cups of water) Mix pk of French onion soup with 1 cup boiling water, add lemon juice, dill weed, and salt and pepper, pour in crock pot. Cook lean hamburger in fry pan till not pink. Drain and put in crock pot. Add the 1 cup frozen peas on top and one can of cut green beans - drained. Cook for 10 to 12 hours on slow or or 5 to six hours on high. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
