Chicken Salad with Bacon and Olives

Ingredients
1.0 pound chicken thighs8.0 tbsp Burman's Real Mayonnaise (Aldi)3.0 slices bacon, diced6.0 kalamata olives, diced2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw, diced1.0 tsp Dill weed, dried
Directions
Brine chicken thighs then season, bake at 350 for 18 minutes, flip, and bake for another 18. Remove from oven, let cool, then cut into rough cubes. In a large bowl combine thigh meat, bacon, olives, and celery. Add 1/2 cup of mayo, dill, and mix well.
