1.5 cup Bush's Black Beans1.5 cup Bush's Chili Beans3.25 cup Diced Tomatoes, Muir Glen Organic, No salt added1.25 cup Yves Veggie Ground Round - Original1.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper100.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen2.0 cup Vegetable Broth2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.5 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tbsp Ground Cumin1.0 clove Garlic0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and set for 5 minutes on the manual setting.
Once finished, allow to pressure to naturally release.
Serve with brown rice and garnish with pickled jalapeno slices, fresh cilantro and nutritional yeast.
