Beef Liver Pate

14 oz Beef liver 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1.5 tsp Allspice .5 fl. oz Sherry, dry .5 cup Coconut Oil
Saute onions in coconut oil until soft, about 20 minutes. Add chopped garlic and saute another 5 mins.
Remove onions and garlic and add to food processor, reserving fat onions where cooked in. Fry sliced liver in reserved oil until no longer bloody.
Allow liver and oil to cool about 10 mins, then add to food processor. add allspice, salt, pepper and heavy cream and blend until smooth.
While blending, add sherry to liver and continue to blend until very smooth. Put in containers and refrigerate/freeze
