Connie's Garlic Lime Spaghetti

Ingredients
Zest & Juice from 1 lime2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil4 tsp. minced garlic1 medium onion, finely chopped2 tsp. dried basil2 tsp. dried parsley1 tbsp. fresh chives, minced13.25 oz package of ronzoni healthy harvest whole wheat blend thin spaghetti4 tbsp. grated parmesansalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put pasta on to boil in salted water. Chop onions, garlic and chives into small pieces while heating olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Add onions and cook till translucent. Then add garlic and cook an additional 2 minutes, careful not to burn garlic. Drain pasta after 7 minutes of boiling and pour in large bowl. Add the onion and garlic mixture, basil, parsley, chives, lime juice and zest and parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste and toss together. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings...
