Spinach Feta - Fettata/quiche

Ingredients
5 large Egg white, fresh 4 oz Feta Cheese 6 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat)
Directions
Saute mushrooms, onion, peppers, add spinach. Cook until soft.
Mix eggs and cream. Beat. Add Feta cheese.
Place mushroom mixture in bottom of pie dish or 3 onion soup dishes, Add egg mixture. OPT: Top with cheese
