Stuffed Squash Southwest style

Ingredients
12 oz Ground beef, lean 6 cup Zuccini Squash 3 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.75 tsp Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle (by NYX773) 0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 0.50 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Directions
Dig out middles of squash, mix 1/3 cup chopped Squash and everything else, except cheese. Stuff squash with meat mixture and cook in oven at 345 degrees for 1 hour covered with foil. When done cover each squash with cheese and return to oven until melted. let set at least 5 Minutes
