Ingredients
900 grams Potato, raw 3 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 3-398ml cans Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style 57 grams Butter, salted 153g cooked bacon dried with papertowel (yield from one lbs cooked on a rack in oven)445 grams Onions, raw 550 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 tbsp bacon fat
Directions
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and simmer all day or until potatoes are cooked. If desired, combine butter and onions and microwave for 4 min to start the cooking process. Then add them to the slow cooker
