Ingredients
2.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw2.0 cup, chopped Kale2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap0.5 cup ice cubes
Directions
Add water first. Blend in carrots. Add ice and kale. Blend until smooth,add more water as necessary.
