Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
0.5 cup Flour, whole grain 0.5 cup buckwheat flour, organic whole-groat (by BENSON37) 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 dash Salt 1 1tsp Olive Oil 4 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tbsp salted butter
Directions
Mix water and milk together and add an egg to it. Add sugar and salt to the mixture. Mix well
Add both the flours together and pout over the liquid mix slowly. Keep whisking it well. Add the oil now.
Mix it well together till air bubbles start forming. Add a little water if needed.
Pour a dish spoon full on a non stick pan. Watch for a minute or till you see air bubbles forming on the aurface. Flip to cook the other side
Take it off the pan.
Make a mixture of the maple syrup and butter. Brush it over each pancake
Serve hot.
