2.50 cup, sliced Banana, fresh 2 serving Dole Pineapple Slices in 100% pineapple juice (2 slices) 1 cup Great value, Frozen unsweetened Mixed fruit(strawberry, peach, mango, and pineapple) 1 cup Fruit - Cantaloupe, Fresh, Diced (1c=156g) 1 cup GREAT VALUE Berry Medley (frozen Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and red raspberries) 20 oz Powerade Zero Fruit Punch 1 cup Grapes, Red or Green seedless 25 grapes 1 cup *Great Value Strawberries Whole Frozen 1 cup Spinach, fresh

blend all ingredients till smooth then separate into 9 oz. solo cups.
