Trish's Strawberry Snap Pea Salad

Ingredients
1 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw, edible-podded, 10 pea pods 1 T. Red Onion Raw, chopped5 large (1-3/8" dia) Strawberries, fresh, chopped2 T. toasted pecans1 tbsp Marie's Raspberry Vinaigrette 2.5 cup Baby Spring Greens Mixed 1 T. Salemville Amish Blue Cheese, chopped or crumbled
Directions
Toast pecans in 350F oven for about 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly. Mix all ingredients and serve. Also nice as a side salad with grilled or roasted meats.
