Ingredients
5 cup, cubes Yams 2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 1 large Onions, raw 1.5 tbsp Coconut Oil 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil 4 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave
Directions
Chop all veggies. Sauteed. Add vegetable or chicken broth. Simmer. Season with garam masala, cardamom, allspice, and curry powder, and agave. Serve topped with cilantro, labnehblight, and avocado.
