16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw - diced24 clove Garlic - crushed and chopped3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1.5 cup Walnut Acres low sodium, fat free tomato & basil pasta sauce 8 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 8 pepper Peppers, pasilla, dried
Cook ground beef and ground turkey. Chop onion and garlic, add to ground meat, cook through. Clean and trim peppers, dice 5 bell peppers and add to meat mix. Cook 3 cups of white rice. Add 1 1/2 cup tomato sauce to meat mixture, mix in rice. Fill peppers with mix. Wrap peppers in foil. Cook in crock pot for 4 hours.
