Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic and Lemon

15 Brussels sprouts, frozen1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt 1 teaspoon fresh ground Black Pepper (or to taste)Juice of 1 Lemon (or to taste)2 teaspoons Garlic powder (or to taste)
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder (you can add other seasonings, if desired).
Toss the Brussels sprouts in the oil mixture.
Spread sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet (I used glass baking dish), and place in oven preheated to 400F. Bake for 30 minutes.
Cut sprouts in half (cutting through the stem part), then place back on baking sheet, cut side down.
Place under the oven broiler for 5 minutes, or until the outer leaves start to get crisp and a little browned.
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings -- 10 Brussels Sprouts per serving
