Coconut Corn Soup

Ingredients
1 can whole coconut milk4 cups chicken stock28-ounce can fire-roasted chopped tomatoes3 cups fresh corn kernels (cut off cob)1/4 tsp cayene pepper1/2 tsp thymeSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large pot. Cook over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
