Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)whey protien powder, 52 grams (remove)
peel banana and cut into mediumsize pieces, add to blender along with milk, blend on puree or liqufiy until smooth, 1-3 minutes. Add yogurt, flax seed and protien powder. Blend until desired smoothness. Pour into a large glass and enjoy. Frozen fruit such as strawberries may be added for a thicker smoothie. Prep time 10 minutes.
