Lamb Masala with veggies

Ingredients
1 lb Lamb, Cubed 1 cup Coconut Milk (Silk) 1 medium Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 large Carrots, raw 1 head, small Cauliflower, raw 0.5 medium Onions, raw 2 tbsp Tomato paste 0.5 cup water Spices: cloves, cinnamon, turmeric (1 tsp each) ; coriander (2 tsp ) ; curry and Garam Masala (1 tbsp)
Directions
Brown lamb and onion over the stove at HI Cut veggies and mix in the crockpot In a separate bowl - mix coconut milk, tomato paste, water and spices together. Set aside. Distribute meat cubes and onion over the veggies. Pour the sauce over. Cover and cook in crockpot for 5-6 hours at HI or 7-8 hours at LOW Serving Size: 1 bowl
