Ingredients
1.75 cup Beans, black .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 3 serving 5 Grain Rolled Whole Grain Hot Cereal - Bob's Red Mill 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 1 tsp Spice Cajun Blackened Seasoning (paprika, peppers, onion, garlic, salt) (by MOV4WARD)
Directions
Blend ingredients together in blender bowl until completely mixed. Allow to stand 2 hours in fridge to thicken. Scoop out large spoonful into lightly oiled skillet. Brown on each side and serve.
