2 tbsp Anthony's Organic Cocoa Butter Wafers (7 wafers/Tbsp) 1/2 cup Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 1-1/2 cups Cream Cheese 4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 serving Nutricost MCT Oil Powder (1 svg = 1 scoop/10gm) 2 tbsp Cocoa powder - Hershey's Special Dark 3 tbsp Taster's Choice Instant Coffee, granules 1/2 cup Swerve or your favorite sweetener (to taste)3 squirts Crush Orange Water Enhancer
Melt the cocoa butter wafers in a pan over low heat
Add the coconut oil and cream cheese until softened
Dissolve the instant coffee in the heavy whip and add to the mixture
Add 3 squirts (to taste) of water enhancer and stir
Add the MCT powder, cocoa powder and Swerve
Beat together with a mixer until smooth and creamy
Scoop into the candy molds
Refrigerate until hard
Optional: Freeze in baggies after they harden in the fridge
