Ingredients
0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.50 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1.50 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower 3 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix 1.5 cup Mexican Blend Cheese - Great Value Fiest Blend Fancy Shredded
Directions
Brown meat
Add onion & pepper
Stir in taco seasoning
Add tomatoes and cauliflower rice and stir; add broth and bring to simmer
Once its hot, sprinkle cheese over, cover to allow cheese to melt
