Ingredients
2.0 cup Lacrosse Milling Quick Oats4.0 tbsp Great Value Vegtable Oil0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.75 cup 1% Milk1.0 cup, chopped Pecans1.0 cup (not packed) Raisins1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 tsp Salt
Directions
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degree. Spray a 13x9 baking pan with Non-Stick Cooking Spray. 2) In a large bowl mix throughly all ingredients together. 3) Scrap into pan and bake for 30 mins or until brown and set. 4) Let it cool completely before slicing.
