2 Leeks 1.5 Granny Smith apple diced 3 slices Canadian Bacon
Directions
Chop bacon (1 inch) and heat it over the stove in a skillet (med-high) for 2-3 minutes. Add the leek (chopped in slices) ... roast and add the diced apple last . Add celery salt, coriander and rosemary (or sage) to taste. Serving Size: 1/2 cup serving
