Sara's meat loaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, lean1 packet dry onion soup mix1/2 cup plain bread crumbs1 can mushrooms1/2 cup catsup1/2 tbsp season all seasoning1 tsp basilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well in medium bowl. You can use a spoon or your hands to mix. This can be done ahead of time and left in the fridge for a day, just cover well.

Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Form meat mixture in a loaf shap on a lightly greased cookie sheet or baking pan. Cook for about 40 minutes or until done. Slice and enjoy with catsup, bbq sauce, or plain.
