Stephanie's Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
1 dash Salt 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.50 tbsp Cayenne Pepper (1 tbsp / 5 g) 1 tbsp Cumin - Ground, McCormick (1 tbsp) 3 serving Garlic (1 clove) 4 oz Kroger Greek Fat Free Plain Yogurt 1 serving Turmeric, ground 1 tsp (2g) 2 serving Butter, salted, 1 tsp. 30 grams Cilantro, raw 1 serving Garam Masala spices,1 dry oz (= about 2.16 tbsp) 1 tbsp Curry powder 3 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
Directions
Dice chicken and onion and saute in a little butter in a Cooking Spray coated pan. Add spices and saute until fragrant. Add tomato sauce and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Stir in the yogurt and adjust seasoning to taste. Thin with water if needed for a nice sauce. serve over rice, with naan and top with chopped cilantro.
