Basil Feta Chicken Sausage Penne

2 cup Spinach, fresh 2.5 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving) 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 6 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv 1 tbsp Olive Oil 4 serving Johnsonville Chicken Sausage 3 Cheese Italian Style 1 link 448 gram(s) DeBoles Rice Penne (gluten free) Pasta (1 serving) (by JRIANNE)
1. Cook pasta as directed
2. Melt ghee in pan
3. Cut up peppers and add to pan to start softening
4. Cut up chicken sausage and add to pan
5. Drain pasta and return to pot
6. Add spinach to pan and cover until bright green
7. Cut olives in half and add to pasta
8. Pour olive oil over pasta and stir
9. Add freshly-cut basil (if desired)
10. Add chicken sausage and veggies to pot with pasta and stir everything together
11. Serve and add a serving of feta cheese to each bowl if desired
