Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Berries, frozen (Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries) .5 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 0.25 cup Maple Grove Farm Maple Syrup (sugar free) .75 cup Oats, Quaker
Directions
- Place oats in blender until flour consistency
- Once flour is made, place remaining ingredients into blender. You ill get a nice rainy purple color.

- Pour small pancakes in a greased skillet. I like the smaller the better.
- Flip until golden brown
- Top with sugar free maple syrup and oats
