Ingredients
1 serving Spray oil - Pam Olive Oil (.4sec spray) (by NEW_CHAPTER) 1.33 cup Flour - Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (Bobs Red Mill) (by AKHOCKEYCHIC) .75 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda .75 tsp Cinnamon, ground .75 tsp Salt 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 1tsp Olive Oil .25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla 1.25 cup Blueberries, fresh .5 tbsp chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Line 12-cup muffin tin with liners and coat the inside with spray.
combine dry ingredients in large bowl;
combine wet ingredients.
Gently fold the wet and dry ingredients together.
Gently pour batter into muffin liners.
Bake 15-19 minutes or until they pass the toothpick test.
