Ingredients
1 cup, sliced Mangos .75 cup White Mountain Whole Milk Bulgarian Yogurt (by JOYFULTHANKS) 1 cup Spinach, fresh 3 oz Ice Cubes per cube (by CHUCKLES0719) 1 fruit (2" dia) Limes 2 tbsp chia seeds 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 4 serving Magnesium 250 mg or 63% Daily Value (magnesium oxide) 1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 3 small (1" dia) Strawberries, fresh
Directions
Place ice cubes in bottom of blender/extractor, then add diced mango, banana, lime and spinach. Add magnesium and EmergenC. Add Almond Milk. Blend til smooth. Pour in glass. Stir in Chia Seeds. Serve.
