Ingredients
2 tbs pimentos1.5 cups of grated cheese8oz light sour creammrs dash chipotle seasoning salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Grate 1 1/2 c. of cheese (pre-pkg saves time) into a med. bowl; add all other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for best results. May be eaten on crackers, vegetables, or as a sandwich.
