Chicken, Fruit & Walnut Salad

Ingredients
1 package fresh spinach1 large apple2 small pearsStrawberries, cut into halves or quarters, approximately 2 cups worth1/4 cup walnuts1 chicken breast, no skin
Directions
Cook the chicken breast per instructions on the package. Shred it or cut it into chunks. This is hardest part I promise!

Cut up the rest of the fruit into quarter inch pieces, and dump into a big salad bowl with the spinach lettuce and the chicken. Sprinkle the ground walnuts in for texture and taste. Toss, using the method of your choice. Divide into bowls, add dressing if you like, serve, and enjoy.
