    0.25 cup green onion (fresh) (by KAYE_ADAMS)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 serving Kraft Cracker Barrel Natural Cheese Havarti Slices Natural Havarti Cheese
    1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato


Microwave sweet potato until soft, left cool then cut in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh forming a boat, Leave some of the potato around sides and bottom. Sprinkle green onions in the bottom of the sweet potato halves add a little salt and pepper if desired. Crack 1 egg into the middle of each half and add 1/2 slice if Harvatti cheese on top of each. Carefully place on a baking sheet and cook in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 min. If you like the yolk runnier then check at about 10-15 min.
