Fried rice with shrimps

Ingredients
300 grams Shrimp, cooked 1 tsp Cornstarch 4 tbsp Olive Oil 3 clove Garlic 1 large Egg1 cup, Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 0.5 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 medium Apples, fresh no skin 0.25 cup (not packed) Raisins 2 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 2.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 stalk Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
1. Tossed shrimp with cornstarch. 2. Saute the shrimps in a wok (make sure oil is hot and cook until shrimps are fully cooked). Set aside. 3. Sauté garlic, egg, mushrooms together- 5 minutes. Add remaining vegetables, apple, raisins and curry. Sauté 3 more minutes. 4. Add rice (cooked), soy sauce. Toss to warm up and garnish with the shrimps. Serving Size: 5 large bowls
