Sesame Chicken Soba Noodles

Ingredients
4 oz Japanese Noodles, Soba 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 8 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS) 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Honey 3 serving Aldi's Spice Club Minced Garlic - 1 tsp (5g) (by THENEWKAREN) 1 tsp Ginger Powder (by INUNISON) 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 2 T diced green onion
Directions
1. Slice the chicken breast into half inch long strips and place in a bowl with 1T soy, 1tsp garlic, and a sprinkle of ginger. Marinade at least 30min.
2. Slice veggies into half inch strip
3. Heat sesame oil over med-high heat. Add remaining garlic, chicken, and veggies. Cook for 5 min, stirring often
4. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add soba and cook according to package directions (about 5min). Drain.
5. After chicken is browned and veggies are tender, turn heat down to med-low and add remaining soy, honey, and ginger. Stir until well blended.
6. Add soba noodles to pan and toss until well mixed with veggies and chicken. Divide into 2 bowls.
7. Top each bowl with half the sesame seeds and half the green onions.
