Paleo chocolate lava cake

Ingredients
2.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 dash Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract3.0 tbsp Coconut Oil0.5 bar, extra large (32 squares, 8 oz) Hershey Special Dark Sweet Chocolate Bar1.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened2.0 tbsp Honey0.25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Directions
Melt coconut oil and chockolate, mix in the cocoa and almond flour, vanilla and salt and honey. Add in the eggs. Puor in the silicone muffin moulds and bake them in 180 C oven for 11 minutes. Serve immediately. They freeze well in the silicone moulds, no need to defrost them before baking Serving Size: Makes 11 small muffin cups
