Lemon Roast Potatoes

Ingredients
8 med potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 length 2 Tbsp Olive Oil1.5 cups chicken broth0.5 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed2 Tbsp Rosemary choppedsalt and paper to taste
Directions
Prep Potatoes. Marinate in sealed bag for 2-3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 1.5 - 2 hours, stirring occassionally, until potatoes are tender and liquid has evaporated.
