Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
2 cup Coconut Oil 1 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 48 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Whip coconut oil in an electric mixer til smooth and similar to a creamy peanut butter consistency. Add cocoa powder and continue to whip, stopping to scrap bottom and sides of bowl. Blend as evenly as possible and add stevia slowly. Check taste to ensure sweetness level is met before just adding all stevia. Using a sea salt grinder, add a dash of sea salt for a perfect blend of sweet and salty chocolate fudge. Pour your fudge into a 5x9 loaf pan lined with parchment paper or foil. Set in fridge and chill for 20 minutes or until solid. Will keep for 4-5 weeks at least, in fridge.
