1 serving cauliflower crust .5 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 340 grams(12 oz) Mushrooms, fresh 1.5 cup Milk, 1% 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 tbsp Olive Oil 0.185 cup (3 TBSP) Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 clove garlic, crushed1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped fine1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp dry mustardpaprika for sprinkling
Make & bake cauliflower crust
Spread feta cheese on it
Saute onions, mushrooms, garlic, & ginger in olive oil. Put on top of feta
Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt, & mustard together. Pour over mushrooms etc
Sprinkle with paprika
Bake 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Serving Size: 1/8 of 9" pie shell
