Phool Makahana / Fox Nut Snack

Ingredients
6 cup Phool Makhana/Fox Nut/Kamal Kakdi/Lotus Seeds 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 tsp Salt .5 tsp chilli pepper or crushed pepper (by JUMANA77) 10 gram(s) Mango powder (by SHIRHPP) .1625 tbsp Cumin and Corriander seeds powder (by FANORONHA_14)
Directions
Dry roast Makhanas on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, toss occassionaly. When liighted roasted throughout, lower the heat. In a small saucepan, heat oil, add apices, stir and add to makhans. Toss Makhanas with the spices until well coated. Turn off the heat. Alow to cool. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy as a healthy snack.
