Ingredients
48 oz Salad, Fresh Express - Spring Mix Salad Mix 185 gram Seeds - Quinoa, Cooked (1/2 cup raw = 1 cup cooked) 2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 6 oz Radish, Fresh 1 cup Peas, frozen 3 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 2.5 fl oz Lemon Juice 8 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Arrange mixed greens & quinoa in a bowl & toss with dressing (consisting of ingredients mustard through olive oil). Put in serving bowl or plate. Top with peas, cucumbers, radishes & avocados & drizzle with dressing. Salt & pepper to tast. Enjoy
