Raspberry Fluff

Ingredients
1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1.5 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice1.5 cup Berries, frozen (Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries)1 box of Sugar Free Jello, Raspberry flavor2.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
Directions
Drain pinapple, combine pineapple, berries and jello In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Splenda, or sugar free vanilla syrup can be added to sweeten the cream if desired. Fold cream into fruit mixture Sprinkle coconut on top and serve.
