Ingredients
Directions
16 oz 93/7 Ground Sirloin 2 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 0.75 cup Diced Bell Peppers (by ROOSTER911) 0.25 cup Green Onion, Fresh chopped (2 stalks) (by JENNELKA) 2 tsp Chili powder .5 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) 1 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU) 1 cup Tomato Sauce 15 grams Tomato Paste 1 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated 8 serving Parkview Hot Dogs (by MRSJJACKSR)
Brown ground beef, minced garlic, green onions and green pepper until meat is browned. Drain then add the spices, worchestershire sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste. I add 1/2 c. water but you can add up to one cup - I just prefer mine not to be so liquidy. Continue to cook and stir til well combined. Place hot dogs, cut in half, flat side down in an 11 x 7 baking dish. Top with the sauce then cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
